In the past, Sheldon has volunteered as a reader for the Los Angeles Radio Reading Service. He has also performed for volunteer speaking engagements in person at Cal State Los Angeles and for 89.3 FM/Unheard LA at Long Beach State University. Additionally, he has presented online for the Arcadia High School Career Day, Oak Park High School Career Chat Day, and to the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).

In October 2023, he collaborated on a voice project for award winning film director Brynmore Williams.  Sheldon has voiced for Roku’s In2itive Network Series “Conversations with a Mobster”.
